Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in your booking voucher, the following standard cancellation charges apply to holiday packages:

| 30 days or more prior to departure | 25% of the total tour cost |
| 15 to 29 days prior to departure | 50% of the total tour cost |
| 7 to 14 days prior to departure | 75% of the total tour cost |
| Less than 7 days or No-Show | 100% of the total tour cost (Non-Refundable) |
Note: Peak season bookings (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year) may have a strict non-refundable policy regardless of the cancellation date.
My Wish Holidays is not liable to pay any compensation or refund if our performance is prevented or affected by “Force Majeure” events. These include, but are not limited to, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, fire, and all similar events outside our control.
