At My Wish Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and fees associated with canceling your booking. By making a reservation on https://test.mywishholidays.com/ , you agree to the terms listed below.

2. Cancellation Process

• How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@mywishholidays.com or through your user account dashboard on our website. Verbal cancellations via phone are not accepted as a final confirmation; a written record is mandatory.
• Effective Date: The cancellation charges are calculated from the date and time we receive your written request (during our working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST). Requests received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Standard Cancellation Charges (Holiday Packages)

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in your booking voucher, the following standard cancellation charges apply to holiday packages:

Note: Peak season bookings (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year) may have a strict non-refundable policy regardless of the cancellation date.

4. Flight Ticket Cancellations

• Non-Refundable Fares: Many special fare or discounted airline tickets are 100% non-refundable.
• Refundable Fares: If the fare is refundable, the refund will be subject to the airline’s cancellation penalty plus a My Wish Holidays service fee (typically ₹500 – ₹1000 per passenger).
• Timeframe: Airline refunds can take longer to process, often between 15 to 45 working days, depending on the airline’s policy.

5. Hotel & Activity Cancellations

• Hotels: Cancellation policies vary by hotel. Some offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in, while others are non-refundable. The specific policy for your hotel will be mentioned at the time of booking.
• Activities/Transfers: Unused transfers, sightseeing tours, or activities included in a package are non-refundable if you choose not to utilize them during your trip.

6. Refund Processing

• Mode of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) used during the booking. We cannot issue cash refunds.
• Timeline: Once your cancellation is processed and the refund amount is approved:
  • Wallet/Bank Transfers: 7–10 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: May take 10–14 business days to reflect in your statement, depending on your bank.

7. Visa Rejection

• If your Visa is rejected by the Embassy/Consulate, the Visa fees are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your trip due to a Visa rejection, the standard cancellation charges (Section 3) will apply to the rest of the package (Flights/Hotels).

8. Force Majeure

My Wish Holidays is not liable to pay any compensation or refund if our performance is prevented or affected by “Force Majeure” events. These include, but are not limited to, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, fire, and all similar events outside our control.
