No, you can book as a “Guest”. However, we highly recommend creating an account so you can track your payment status, view booking history, and easily manage future trips.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking options through our secure payment gateways. 

Yes. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to ensure that your personal and financial information is transmitted securely.

To cancel a booking, please send a written request to info@mywishholidays.com or log in to your account dashboard. Please note that phone cancellations are not accepted as final confirmation. 

Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel and the specific policy of the hotel/airline.

• 30+ days before: Standard cancellation fees apply (usually 25%).

• Less than 7 days: Usually non-refundable.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original mode of payment.

Visa fees are non-refundable. If you must cancel your trip due to a Visa rejection, standard cancellation charges will apply to the rest of your package (flights/hotels).

Yes, we assist with Tourist Visas for many international destinations including Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Europe (Schengen), and more.

Yes! For international travel, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of return.

While not always mandatory, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected medical expenses, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.
