My Wish Holidays provides an online platform that allows users to research, book, and pay for travel services, including but not limited to holiday packages, flights, hotels, activities, and visa services. We act as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and do not directly own or operate these services unless explicitly stated.

3. User Account and Security

• Registration: To access certain features (such as tracking payments or rating tours), you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Guest Bookings: Users may choose to book as a “Guest.” These Terms apply equally to registered members and guest users.

4. Booking and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the booking page (e.g., INR). Prices are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
• Payment: We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and net banking through secure third-party payment gateways. Full payment or a specified deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us with a booking reference number.
• Taxes: Applicable government taxes (such as GST) are included or calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any additional local taxes (e.g., city tax, resort fees) charged directly by the hotel or service provider upon arrival.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• General Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour, flight, or hotel booked. It is your responsibility to review the specific cancellation rules provided at the time of booking.
• Our Fees: In addition to any fees charged by third-party suppliers (airlines/hotels), My Wish Holidays reserves the right to charge an administration fee for processing cancellations or amendments.
• Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• No-Show: Failure to arrive at the hotel or check-in for your flight on time will generally result in a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

6. Travel Documents and Health

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including Passports (with at least 6 months validity), Visas, and any required health certificates (e.g., vaccination proofs).
• Visa Services: If we assist with Visa applications, we cannot guarantee approval. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. Rejection of a Visa does not waive applicable cancellation fees for the tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Suppliers: My Wish Holidays acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers) or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, war, or government restrictions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Website for any fraudulent purpose. You verify that you are of legal age (18 years or older) to enter into binding contracts. You agree not to use any automated means (robots, spiders) to access the Website without our express permission.
